I build organizations where culture drives performance and care feels human.
My career has run on two rails since 2006: building post-acute care organizations from the inside, home health, hospice, palliative care, and assisted living, and building healthcare technology companies in between: co-founding SpartX and serving on the founding team at PokitDok.
Today I lead HealthView, a Southern California post-acute care organization recognized among the Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care and the Inc. 5000, and I invest in and build the ventures below. The common thread is a conviction I have tested in every seat I have held: culture is not the soft stuff, it is the operating system, and when it is engineered deliberately, performance and humanity stop being a trade-off.
The road here ran through Maxim, PokitDok, Silverado, Compassus, and Bridge. The full record lives on LinkedIn.
